The Russian Federation plans to allow surgeons to provide care outside of hospitals and in ambulances

The Russian Ministry of Health plans to change the working procedure for surgeons starting in early 2027; in particular, it will be possible to provide assistance outside a medical organization - at the call site and in a vehicle during medical evacuation.
