Kazakhstan President Kassem-Jomart Tokayev posthumously awarded state awards to military personnel who died during exercises in the Caspian Sea, the press service of the head of state reported on Sunday. "By order of the head of state, for the courage and dedication they demonstrated in the performance of their military duties, the state awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan (posthumously) were awarded to the military personnel who died during the exercises in the Mengystau region," the statement said.
