The first meeting of the Group of Experts on the Development of the Eurasian Convention on Diversity and Multipolarity will be held in Minsk before the end of the year, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said. "The first meeting of these expert negotiations will take place in Minsk before the end of this year," Lavrov said on Saturday at a press conference after the high-level week of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly.
