Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova awarded the 2026 Hermitage Prize to the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for International Cultural Cooperation, the Great Ambassador Mikhail Shvidkoi and the Italian opera director Giancarlo Del Monaco.
