- The Russian military has established control over three settlements in the Kharkiv and Sumy regions, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Saturday. "During the expansion of the outer control zone, the settlements of Petropavlovsk and Luzovia in the Kharkiv region were brought under control," the ministry announced. "In the Sumy region, during active offensive operations, the settlement of Marino was brought under control," the Russian Ministry of Defense said.
