The investigators in Kamchatka identified three possible causes for the fire on the fishing vessel, from which 25 people were evacuated, including four victims, reports the regional department of the investigative committee. "The investigation examines three main versions of the incident: a technical malfunction in the ship's electrical equipment, a violation of fire safety rules by the ship's crew, a violation of the vessel's technical operation rules," the report states.
