Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Friday completed the series of meetings "on the sidelines" of the United Nations General Assembly with negotiations with the Vice-Chairman of the Governmental Presidency Council in Yemen Abdullah Al-Alimi Bawazir.
