The Russian Foreign Minister discussed cooperation in the commercial and economic field with his Uruguayan counterpart

Foreign Ministers of Russia Sergey Lavrov and Uruguay's Mario Liubetkin discussed contemporary issues of Russia-Uruguay relations in a meeting "on the sidelines" of the United Nations General Assembly, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported on Friday. "During the conversation, contemporary issues of Russia-Uruguay relations were discussed, including bilateral contacts at various levels, cooperation in the commercial and economic spheres," the statement said.
