The foreign ministers of Russia and Kuwait, Sergey Lavrov and Jared al-Sabah, in a meeting on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, confirmed the intention of Moscow and Kuwait to strengthen traditional friendly ties, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported on Friday.
