The Ministry of Finance, the Bank of Russia and Rosfinmonitoring are discussing the requirements planned for organizations that provide digital analysis services in the cryptocurrency market, the director of the Department of Financial Policy at the Ministry of Finance Alexei Yakovlev said at the International Banking Forum.
