Russia will respond to the European Union's sanctions against Russian journalist Ksenia Fedorova, and requires relevant international structures, including the UN OHCHR, UNESCO and OSCE, to give a proper assessment of the actions of France and the European Union, said the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
