Russia has not received official answers from the United States and Ukraine on biological laboratory issues, said Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Ryabkov. "We have not received official answers from either Ukraine or the United States to questions asked by dozens," he told reporters Thursday, answering a question about Ukraine's violation of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention.
