The FRP will additionally borrow more than 200 billion rubles in 2027-2029

The draft federal budget for the years 2027-2029 provides additional capitalization of the Industrial Development Fund by more than 200 billion rubles, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said at a cabinet meeting. "The Industrial Development Fund will also be adjusted in order to provide preferential mutual financing in industries related to technological development.
