The Council of the European Union approved a temporary suspension of import duties on goods from Armenia

The Council of the European Union on Thursday approved a preferential trade regime for Armenia: about 80% of exports will be liberalized by suspending tariffs on a wide range of goods. "The proposal for EU regulation to apply autonomous trade measures to Armenian goods received final approval from the EU Competitiveness Council," the press service of Armenia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade reported.
