Winds with gusts of up to 17 m/s are expected in places in Moscow on Thursday, the capital's main office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported. "In the period between 15:00 and 19:00 on September 24, southeasterly winds with gusts of up to 17 m/s will remain in places in Moscow," reads a message published on the department's Max channel.
