The Bank of Russia does not aim to accumulate a large amount of money in digital ruble accounts and does not yet see the risks of a massive outflow of liquidity to wallets, as this is a settlement device and not an alternative to a bank deposit, Central Bank Governor Elvira Neviolina said at the International Banking Forum.
