Russian fish farmers produced 45 tons of sturgeon caviar in January-August, which is 5% more than in the same period last year, the Fisheries Association reports based on Rostat data analysis. "After a slight decline at the beginning of 2026, sturgeon caviar production continues to grow steadily," the association's analytical center noted.
