The Kremlin called Brussels' decision to transfer to Ukraine the proceeds from frozen Russian assets amounting to 8 billion euros theft. "We have already repeatedly evaluated these actions, we believe they are illegal, we really believe it is theft, and we treat it accordingly," said presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov and added, "here too, nothing has changed in our position."
