The finance department of the Khanty-Mansiysk-Ogra Autonomous Okrug decided, due to unfavorable market conditions, to postpone the placement of 3-year bonds of series 34003 in the amount of up to 10 billion rubles for an indefinite period, a source in the financial market told Interfax.
