The Central Bank of Russia and the National Payment Card System (NSPC, card operator Mir) will finally implement the "Good Will" service for returning stolen funds, which will make it possible to remove the details of people who returned their money to victims from the central bank's database of fraudsters, NSPK Deputy Director General Maxim Karuklis said at the International Banking Forum.
