The FSB reported the arrest and detention of a resident of Kerch, who organized an online donation of equipment for the Ukrainian army. "The illegal activity of a Russian citizen, born in 1988, accused of high treason, has been suppressed in the Republic of Crimea," the Public Relations Center of the FSB (PRC) announced on Wednesday.
