FIS lifted the ban on Russian surfers representing CSKA and Dynamo

The International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS) changed the regulations for the admission of Russian and Belarusian athletes to international competitions in neutral status, removing from the list of restrictions the mention of related structures of the armed forces and security agencies.
