UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called on the UN to follow the changes taking place in the world. "A multilateral and representative system is needed, in which the UN occupies a central place - strong and efficient institutions that reflect not the world order of 80 years ago, but the reality of the modern world," he said in a speech at the General Assembly.
