A Czech citizen was arrested for 13 days and fined for picketing in Red Square

The Tverskoi Court in Moscow sentenced the Czech citizen Mikhail Flemenk to 13 days of administrative detention and two fines totaling 60,000 rubles for committing administrative offenses, the press service of the Moscow City Court reported.
