The average maximum rate on deposits of the top 10 banks in the Russian Federation once again exceeded 13%

The arithmetic average of the maximum interest rates set for the top 10 banks on ruble deposits, excluding deposits with additional terms, in the second ten days of September 2026 rose to 13.01% from 12.95% in the first ten days, according to the website of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
