The Lithuanian Seimas approved a constitutional amendment that would repeal the prohibition on deploying weapons of mass destruction and foreign military bases on Lithuanian territory, according to a Lithuanian media outlet yesterday. "After discussion, 99 Seimas members voted in favor of this amendment, 13 voted against, and 5 abstained," the report said.
