Police officers opened a criminal case after discovering the bodies of dogs in one of the apartments on Chapaev Street in the city of Dzerzhinsk, the press service of the Chief Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Nizhny Novgorod Region reported on Tuesday.
