The U.S., which wants to begin large-scale purchases of potassium fertilizers from Belarus, has not yet discussed any agreements with Lithuania regarding the renewal of their transit through the Klaipėda port, said Deividas Matulionis, Lithuania's chief national security adviser, to the radio station Ziniu Radjas. "No specific agreements have been discussed regarding the transit of Belarusian fertilizers," Matulionis said, referring to President Donald Trump's statement about preparing a central supply agreement for chloride potassium from Belarus. "In all honesty, clarity on this matter will be important," he added.
