By the end of 2027, Russia's central bank plans to give citizens over age 14 the opportunity to open digital ruble accounts, said Deputy Governor of the central bank Zulfia Kakkoromnova in an open online lecture. 'Starting from September 1, all citizens over age 18 can open digital ruble accounts (IF).'
