The Russian Ministry of Defense announced a strike on an oil refinery in Karmanchog.

During a nighttime attack, Russian soldiers struck an oil refinery in Karmanchog, Poltava region, which produced fuel to supply the armed forces of Ukraine, the Russian Ministry of Defense said on Tuesday. "In the Poltava area (Makh - IF), the oil refinery in the village of Karmanchog is a key plant of Ukraine's fuel and energy complex, which performed initial oil refining and produced fuel to meet the needs of the armed forces," the statement read.
