The Russian army completed the encirclement of a large Ukrainian defense center in the city of Dvoropolya in the DPR and is developing another attack toward Aleksandrovka, said the Russian Defense Ministry on Tuesday. "Central forces units, as a result of active and decisive operations, completed the encirclement of a large Ukrainian defense center in the city of Dvoropolya in the Donetsk People's Republic and are developing another attack toward Aleksandrovka," the ministry said.
