The claim of the Prosecutor General's Office regarding the conversion of shares of Ural Plants JSC and shares of EBISU LLC (both Izbesk) for state income is related to the presence of a foreign investor among their owners and the lack of coordination of purchase and sale transactions of these enterprises, a source familiar with the claim told Interfax. "One of the owners has been a citizen of the Republic of Moldova since birth and is recognized as a foreign investor," said the interlocutor of the agency.
