No decisions have yet been made regarding the use of the "ghost tax" mechanism, Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Szanov, who oversees tax policy at the Ministry of Finance, told reporters at the Moscow Financial Forum. "We haven't decided yet," he said. "Autumn has just begun."
