The Bank of Russia did not support the trial launch of non-custodial crypto wallets

The Bank of Russia did not support the launch of an experimental legal regime (EPR), which would allow all participants to hold non-custodial crypto wallets, and not only those engaged in foreign economic activity, including due to possible problems with the FATF, said the Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank Vladimir Chistyukhin at the Moscow Financial Forum.
