Putin ordered to consider the issue of using the Max courier to pay freight rates

Russian President Vladimir Putin gave a number of instructions to the government following the State Council Presidency meeting in August, including examining the issue of using the Max courier for cashless payment for public transportation. "Consider the issue of using a unified biometric system, its regional segments and the MAX digital platform service for non-cash payment for public transport," reads the list of instructions published on the Kremlin's website.
