More than 23 thousand Russians voted abroad in the elections for State Duma deputies, said the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova. "In total at the moment, the total number of voters abroad - this includes early voting, and the voting that takes place in the same polling stations in the embassies and consulates general that have voted so far - so the total number of voters abroad stands at 23 thousand.
