Traffic on the outer side of the Garden Ring in Moscow will be closed on September 19 due to a motorcycle festival

Traffic will be closed to traffic on Saturday, September 19, on the outer side of the Garden Ring and on several streets due to the Moscow Motorcycle Festival, the Moscow Ministry of Transport reported.
