The license for the sale of LUKOIL's foreign assets was extended until October 22

The US Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has extended until October 22 its license, which expires on September 19, authorizing the negotiation and entering into of conditional agreements with LUKOIL for the sale of LUKOIL International GmbH (LIG, NK's foreign asset holder) or any controlled company.
