All agreements with the West should be approached with caution, said Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at the opening of the fourth congress of the International Russophiles Movement. "The way the West does things, I think it has already convinced many that we need to be more cautious about all agreements with this group of countries, which - I have no doubt - can violate all its agreements overnight," he said.
