The Ministry of Finance transferred 3.7 billion rubles to NSD. To pay a coupon on Eurobond "Russia-2043" and issue a replacement

The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has transferred 3.7 billion rubles (equivalent to 44.1 million dollars) to the National Settlement Depository (NSD) to pay coupon income on sovereign bonds that will be exchanged in 2043, as well as on the issue that will replace these bonds, according to the ministry's announcement.
