ICC rules to keep former Philippine president Duterte in custody

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has ordered the arrest of former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte, 81, accused of crimes against humanity. "The court has decided that the accused should remain in custody," the ICC ruling said on Wednesday.
