The Mayor of Moscow, Sergey Sobyanin, and the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, signed an agreement on Wednesday on the procedure for the implementation of the Unified Medical and Analytical Information System of Moscow (EMIAS) in medical institutions of the city of Beneva.
