The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation plans to share its experience in eliminating an oil spill in the Black Sea with Iran, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, said the head of the ministry, Alexander Korenkov. "We gained experience from the leak in Kerch and want to spread it not only within the country, but also (to share) with colleagues from the Caspian Sea countries," Korenkov answered a parallel question from Interfax.
