Moscow expects Armenia to fulfill its obligations regarding the Gyumri base

Moscow intends to abide by the agreements on the Russian military base in Gyumri and expects similar actions from Armenia, the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said in a briefing.
