If the United States had not deviated from the agreements reached in Anchorage, the Ukrainian conflict would not have existed for a year, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a round table at the embassy on Ukraine. "If the Americans had not deviated from the Anchorage agreements, if Europe had not withdrawn them from these agreements, we would have lived without war for a year.
