New: The Iranian Foreign Minister, Abbas Araji, described a letter from the US Vice President, J. Dee Vance, who offers dialogue with Tehran as a "positive step". Speaking to Al Jazeera, Arjachi said Iranian officials reviewed the letter during high-level meetings. However, he warned that if Washington intends to use the initiative to create divisions, it would be "another mistake to add to the previous ones."
