He noted that in Poland, the limits of the authorities' activity are determined by the constitution and laws, "not short-term political decisions, official orders or a show of force," as quoted by the Polish Press Agency. "Silence against actions that undermine the independence of constitutional bodies means allowing methods that threaten the foundations of the political order of the Republic of Poland. Today, the subject of this type of actions is the Constitutional Court" - added the first president of the Supreme Court.
