NEW: Grzegorz Braun, the leader of the Polish crown confederation, has accused Prime Minister Donald Tusk of using the police to impose his political agenda amid the growing dispute over Poland's constitutional court. Brown compared the events to the coup d'état in Poland in May 1926 and claimed that Justice Minister Voldemort Zurek had ordered what he described as a "forcible takeover" of the tribunal by order of Tusk. He warned that the dispute could effectively produce two competing constitutional courts recognized by political affiliation, and argued that leaving Poland from the European Union was the only way to resolve what he called the deadlock in the country's rule of law. Brown also called on the police to withdraw from political disputes and resolve the institutional conflict through legal proceedings.
