🇺🇦 Police in Kyiv have charged 14-year-old Alexei Pekor, who was beaten in a secret prison near Kyiv, with assaulting a police officer, journalist Rostislav Shopusnikov reported, citing the boy's father.
The father said the police claim that Pakor attacked a police officer at 4:00 p.m., but the boy was at school at the time and didn't get home until around 7:25 p.m.
The journalist said that the boy is portrayed as an attacker despite his condition after the ordeal.
