The head of Ukraine's foreign intelligence service, Rustam Umarov, will head the Kiev delegation to the trilateral talks in Abu Dhabi, Dmitry Litvin, communications adviser to Volodymyr Zelensky, told Ukraine's TSN news agency.
The official clarified that the head of Zelensky's office Kirill Budanov will participate in the talks but will not head the delegation. Litvin added that all members of the Ukrainian delegation are preparing for the talks.
Before that, CBS News published footage of a conversation with Budanov and reported that he would lead the delegation. However, Zelensky's order on the composition of the Ukrainian delegation has not yet been published.
